Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

This course provides a practical, non-technical introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), helping participants understand how AI works, where it is used, and how it is shaping society. Participants will explore machine learning, generative AI, large language models, prompting techniques, AI ethics, governance, bias, and responsible AI use.

Through practical activities, they will learn to use AI tools effectively while critically evaluating AI-generated content and understanding its limitations. The course concludes with the development of a personal AI framework for using artificial intelligence responsibly, ethically, and confidently in both professional and everyday contexts.
